Because of you 2 I have lost so much weight and I am now constantly in the gym (even though I know your not haha!). Thank you for giving me my life back! I no longer have burn out, no longer hate myself and I now love that I am Type 1 Diabetic.  Gym on a Sunday is my favourite for 1 reason and that's because I get to listen to a new episode and laugh while I train and even learn even more about type 1 diabetes (as none of us our perfect).  So THANK YOU!!!!

You guys are just real! I've been type 1 diabetic for 13 years and can relate to 99% of the stuff you chat about.  I now call dawn phenomenon "Morning Glory" also haha! Brilliant name!

I really enjoyed listening! I relate so much to pretty much everything you said 🤣 there is such a difference in attitude and management when it comes to people and how young they were when they were diagnosed!
